ACRE Capital have completed the disposal of 262 homes to Kennedy Wilson and CPPIB on a forward commitment basis. The homes are situated at Wavensmere’s Friar Gate (Derby) and Canalside (Wolverhampton) sites and represented first-grade Single Family Housing product, with market leading ESG credentials. The deal represents CPPIB and Kennedy Wilson’s first with an SME housebuilder in the UK.
