How do we collect information from you
We obtain information from you when:

2) You ask for access to any of our data rooms
3) You personally ask us to add you to our Investment Sales Mailing List by either verbally providing your details, giving us a business card or request in writing, either electronic or analogue.

In order to comply with the requirements of the anti-money laundering regulations in force, we will be required to obtain evidence to verify your identity. The required evidence may include sight of your passport, or other identification documents. We will retain this information for the duration of any negotiation and for 7 years post completion of the transaction.

We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you. We store your data in a secure database and also use MailChimp for our mailing list management and email campaigns. MailChimp is fully GDPR compliant and allows you to update your preferences each time we send you an email.
