Sarah has over five years of experience working in real estate transactions providing strategic acquisition and disposal advice in both the BTR and Office sector. Sarah joined ACRE in January 2025 from CBRE, where she worked for six years, latterly as an Associate Director in the Residential Capital Markets team, but prior to this she also worked within CBRE’s Office Investment team. Sarah’s experience leaves her uniquely positioned to work in a dual role within both our Office and Living investment teams.

Involved in underwriting c.10,000 residential units equating to c.£5bn GDV of BTR opportunities and transacted on c.£400m GDV of projects in the Residential Capital Markets Team and c. £300m of deals in the Office Investment team at CBRE. Advised on forward funding, forward commitment and standing investment transactions and represented a broad range of clients from Plc Housebuilders, SME Developers, Institutions and BTR Funds.
