Monty has over eight years of experience working in the UK Industrial and Logistics market, primarily advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of single assets, portfolios, strategic land and corporates. Prior to joining ACRE, Monty worked in CBRE’s National Industrial and Logistics Capital Markets team for a number of years.

Monty has been involved in transactions with a value of over £10 bn, representing a broad range of clients. These include Institutional Investors, Property Companies, Developers, Private Equity and Occupiers. He has experience with multiple transaction types with a specific focus on development funding and joint venture agreements.
