Mike has over five years’ experience working in the UK Living Sector, specialising in both Single Family and Multifamily Build to Rent. He advises a range of developer and investor clients on the sale, acquisition and optimisation of Build to Rent, PBSA and Co-Living assets across the UK. Prior to joining ACRE, he worked in Colliers’ Residential Capital Markets team for over 5 years.

Mike has been involved in some of the UK’s largest living sector deals, totaling in excess of £1.5bn. These include some of the UK’s largest funding deals to date as well as the first BTR deals in numerous cities across the UK.
