Mike has over nine years’ experience in the UK Living Sector, specialising in the Single Family and Multifamily Build to Rent markets.

Before joining ACRE, he spent seven years with Colliers in the Residential Capital Markets team. Throughout his career, Mike has advised on some of the UK’s most significant Build to Rent transactions — including the landmark Manchester New Victoria (£130m) and Southampton Bargate (£132m) multifamily deals, both the largest regional deals in the sector’s history at the time, as well as the first institutional deals in regional and London markets such as West Way Square, Oxford (£63m) and 101 Camley Street, Zone 1, London (£117m).

The ACRE Living team’s expertise spans Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-Living, Affordable Housing and Land — with a particular emphasis on the UK’s ever burgeoning Single Family Housing market. The team specialise in providing strategic advice for the optimisation, sale and purchase of Living based assets.
