Joe joined ACRE in August 2026, working across Industrial and Logistics investment assets throughout the UK. Prior to joining ACRE, Joe spent over three years in CBRE's Operational Real Estate team, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, covering both investment and valuation mandates.

Joe has acted for Institutional Investors, Investment Banks and Occupiers, with exposure across the full deal cycle from initial appraisal through to completion. At ACRE his focus is the market analysis, underwriting and due diligence that informs the team's acquisition and disposal advice.
