Amelia joined ACRE in 2023 focusing on the acquisition and disposal of Industrial and Logistics investment assets within the South East, Greater London and UK regional markets. Prior to join ACRE, Amelia worked as a Senior Surveyor in CBRE’s Fund Valuation team for over two years with a core focus on the valuation of Industrial and Logistics assets having started her career at Valuation Office Agency.

Amelia has worked on numerous investment and development transactions and has represented a broad client base.
