ACRE Capital have advised CBRE Global Investors on the sale of the Cedar Portfolio, a portfolio of nine multi-let industrial estates and three single let warehouses totaling approximately 367,000 sq ft. The properties were located throughout the UK and were let with a WAULT of 6.40 years to expiries and 5.50 years to breaks. The portfolio was acquired by Kames Capital for a price of approximately 40,000,000.
