The portfolio extended to a total floor area of approximately 96,467 sq ft, with each asset comprising considerable near term asset management opportunities and benefitting from attractive geographical allocation with over 50% of the portfolio situated within core London industrial markets.
The portfolio was highly competitive with interest from a diverse investor pool achieving a headline price of £25,250,000.
