ACRE Capital advises L&G s IPIF on the acquisition of Kingsditch Trade Park, Cheltenham s premier trade park / industrial estate. The estate extends to a total floor area of 137,942 sq ft, with a WAULT of 6.50 years to expiries and 3.75 years to breaks and adjoins an estate under IPIF s ownership. The passing rent of 8.42 per sq ft is reversionary and presents excellent potential for future growth.

L&G acquired the property for 20,500,000.
