ACRE Capital have advised Nuveen Real Estate on the disposal of 55 Colmore Row having acquired the building on their behalf in 2018. The property has been purchased by Union Investment for approximately £105m.
55 Colmore Row comprises a Grade A office building in a prime Birmingham location totalling 157,000 sq ft over six storeys. The Grade II listed landmark building is currently fully let and home to tenants including to RICS, Savills and main tenant WeWork.
