
ACRE Capital have advised Clarion Partners on the acquisition of DSV & Coloplast, two prime logistics units at Peterborough Gateway. This is Clarion’s first UK transaction since 2016 and one of the biggest logistics deals in Q1.
The two distribution units, built in 2017, extend to 302,723 sq ft (DSV) and 135,721 sq ft (Coloplast) and have 15m and 12m eaves. The units are fully let to DSV and Coloplast providing WAULT of 6.50 years to expiry.
The purchase price equated to a headline level of £54,000,000.
