ACRE Capital have advised LondonMetric Property on the sale of a portfolio of six distribution warehouses located in Worcester, Leamington Spa, Royston, Castle Donnington, Huyton and Hemel Hempstead.
The properties, most of which were constructed in the 1990’s, are let to tenants including Hamleys, CEVA, ITAB, Transmec and Grupo Antolin with a WAULT of approximately 7.5 years to breaks.
The sale crystallizes an attractive profit for LondonMetric and an ungeared IRR of approximately 11%.
The portfolio was sold to Canmoor and AIMCo for a price of approximately £57,300,000.
