ACRE Capital have successfully advised Clipstone Investment Management on the sale of a portfolio of five distribution warehouses located in the Midlands. The properties are located in Stoke-on-Trent, Bardon, Cannock, Swadlincote and Newcastle-under-Lyme, providing a total floor area of approximately 908,857 sq ft. The portfolio was fully let to tenants including Bestway Pharmacy, Clipper Logistics and TJX UK.
ACRE undertook a targeted marketing campaign and the portfolio sold for a price of approximately 85,500,000.
