The modern well specified property extends to approximately 84,000 sq ft and is let to Croda Chemicals, with approximately 2 years unexpired, at a reversionary passing rent of approximately £5.25 per sq ft.
The deal was a strategic acquisition for Exeter, having acquired the adjoining distribution warehouse (let to Howdens) earlier in the year. ACRE Capital also advised Exeter on the Howdens acquisition.
The property was acquired for approximately £5,900,000.
