Mark Wilson, international director in JLL s capital markets team, and Simon Verrall, national director in the UK team, have resigned to pursue a new venture.
Both men are specialists in particular in the South East office investment market but have worked on high-profile transactions across the UK.
Notable transactions the two have been involved with include the sale of Bedfont Lakes on behalf of Aberdeen Assset Management for 167m, the sale of Apex Plaza in Reading for M&G Real Estate for 90m, the acquistion of Blythe Valley Park in Solihull for IM Properties for 120m, the acquisition of Colmore Plaza in Birmingham for 130m on behalf of Ashby Capital and the sale of the Apollo and Lunar offices in Croydon on behalf of Harel Insurance for 100m.
It is understood that the duo have resigned to join a specialist niche practice.
