ACRE Capital have advised Aberdeen Standard on the sale of a high specification distribution warehouse at Denby Hall Business Park. The property is let to TechnoCargo Logistics until 2025 with an upcoming rent review in 2020.
The property was sold for a headline price of approximately £20,440,000, crystalising a total return for the fund of 12.60% per annum since the building was acquired in 2014.
