ACRE Capital have advised SEGRO on the acquisition of a core London urban logistics unit in a sale and leaseback transaction with the established logistics operator Kuehne & Nagel.  The property is a best in class modern 64,000 sq ft cross-docked distribution warehouse facility, benefitting from a very low site cover of approximately 20%, and is strategically positioned adjacent to the A13.

On acquisition, SEGRO simultaneously agreed a new 10-year lease with Kuehne and Nagel with a tenant’s break option in year 5. The investment was acquired for £19,300,000.
