ACRE Capital Real Estate have advised Pictet Alternative Advisors and Marchmont Investment Management on the purchase of the Titan Portfolio.
The portfolio comprises 16 industrial assets located across the UK, extending to a total floor area of 1,797,497 sq ft with 38% of the income situated in the North West, 14% in the Midlands, 33% in the South and 15% in Scotland and Yorkshire. The portfolio produces a total rent of £8,261,738 per annum, reflecting a very low passing rent of £4.78 per sq ft overall, providing a WAULT of 4.78 years to expiries and 3.57 years to breaks.
The portfolio was acquired for a purchase price of £132,000,000.
