ACRE Capital have advised BlackRock on the sale of Project Spears, a portfolio of nine high quality light industrial and mid box logistics estates located throughout the UK.
The portfolio extended to a total floor area of approximately 950,000 sq ft and benefited from an attractive geographical diversification with over 50% of the income being based within the South East and Greater London.
The portfolio was fiercely contested and eventually sold for a headline price of approximately £150,000,000.
