BlackRock and Canmoor developed the property to a prime specification in 2021 and successfully let all units following practical completion on 10-15 year leases with 83% of the income benefitting from rent reviews to the higher of OMV or uncapped CPIH+1% indexation.
The property was acquired for £35,210,000.
