
ACRE Capital have advised the Hines Pan-European Core Fund on the acquisition of a prime Greater London urban logistics warehouse let to John Lewis.
The purpose-built high specification e-commerce logistics facility, which was constructed in 2010 and let to John Lewis on a new 20-year lease, benefits from excellent proximity to Junction 25 of the M25, the National Motorway Network and Central London.
ACRE were able to deliver the opportunity off-market for Hines at a price of approximately 22,000,000.
