ACRE Capital have advised L&G on the sale of an urban logistics warehouse located on Dolphin Way, Purfleet extending to approximately 87,320 sq ft.
The sale crystalised L&G’s recent asset management of the property (formerly known as Thurrock 88) which included a comprehensive refurbishment and letting to Tiger Global Logistics on a new 10-year lease.
The property was sold to Mordril for a price of £14,200,000.
