ACRE Capital Real Estate advised Corum Asset Management on the acquisition of the Lloyds Bank, 65-68 Briggate, Leeds from Aberdeen Standard Investments, advised by MMX Retail, for a price of £10,320,000 reflecting a 6.35% net initial yield. 

The attractive and recently refurbished unit totals 18,041 sq ft and is let to Lloyd’s Bank for a further 10.8 years on FRI-terms at a rent of £700,000 per annum.
