ACRE Capital have advised Exeter Property Group on the acquisition of two logistics warehouses, located in Sheffield and Wakefield for approximately 67,000,000.
The Wakefield property extends to 527,000 sq ft and was previously occupied by Poundworld. The Sheffield unit is let to M&S until April 2019 and extends to 335,000 sq ft.
Both properties benefit from an excellent specification and provide Exeter with the opportunity to drive value through successful leasing.
